A yeast infection occurs when the normal amount of yeast present in the body gets out of balance. The outcome is burning, redness, itching and pain. Snoring is a big problem and various tips on removing this problem are present there. These are called as tips to negate snoring or stall the snoring process. These are called as anti snoring measures. Some of these include elevating the head by resting on multiple pillows or a thick pillow so as to help reduce snoring problem. One should resist drinking alcoholic beverages, taking sleeping pills or tranquilizers, or any other type of medical stimulants right before going to sleep as they cause the muscles to relax and limit the air passage way. One should also avoid dairy products, which can cause build-up of mucus right before going to sleep.
Also, if one is fat, losing a little weight will certainly decrease snoring by increasing the space in the air passage way. Another way is to sleep on the side instead of the back. A general remedy to avoid sleeping on the back is to pick anything that causes uneasiness in sleeping and thus prevent the person from staying on the back. One should follow a regular sleep routine. Consuming some honey before sleeping also helps you to reduce snoring. There is no need to eat a full-size meal just before going to bed, if the stomach is jam-packed it will thrust up on the diaphragm & limit breathing passageway.
