Tell me, are you the sort of person that calorie counts everything they eat or someone who eats like a horse? Some of these people just eat everything in sight, including all the food past its sell by date. Whatever this person sees that’s not nailed down they will eat, regardless of the consequences. These days, the types of health supplements on offer have been designed to give you all the good and none of the bad. You can be sure that the dreaded four of salt, sugar, saturated fats and cholesterol aren’t there because our diets contain too much of these already. I think the best thing you can do is get onto the World Wide Web and get up to date with what’s happening in the world of health supplements.
